Scout is a Chrome extension that analyzes websites and generates competitive UX intelligence reports. We take your privacy seriously.

Data we collect

Scout reads the content of the active webpage you choose to analyze — including text, headings, links, buttons, and page structure. This content is sent to Google's Gemini API to generate insights.

Data we do not collect

No personal information
No browsing history
No user accounts or profiles
No cookies or tracking
No data stored on any server

Third party services

Scout uses the Google Gemini API to generate analysis. Page content is sent to Gemini solely to produce the analysis you requested. Google's privacy policy applies to this data: policies.google.com/privacy.

Data retention

Scout has no servers and stores no data. Analysis results exist only in your browser session and are cleared when you close the extension.
